Shi Quan Da Bu Wan (十全大补汤) is a formula which targets cold symptoms, sexual function and tiredness. 

Taking this herbal supplement may assist with nourishing dry skin, acne, cold hands and feet, spontaneous sweating, cold manifestations, fatigue, weak digestion/reduced appetite and irregular menstruation.  

Shi Quan Da Bu Wan works to potentially warm and tonify both qi and blood. May aid dizziness, coughing, pale complexion, sores that refuse to heal, spermatorrhea, weakness of the lower extremeties, continuous spotting from uterine bleeding and a thin, weak pulse.
