Chinese herbal supplements
Right, here's the lot. Fifty-odd Chinese herbal formulas, most of them recipes that herbalists have been making for hundreds of years. We turn them into tablets at 5:1 strength, put proper English on the label and post them out from the UK. If you already know the name, pop it in the search box. If not, no stress, have a nose through the needs below.

Basically a recipe. Two herbs, sometimes fifteen, always taken together. A bit like a curry, if that helps? The cumin isn't much use on its own, but put it with everything else and it works. Some herbs do the main job, and a few are only there to keep the others in check.
Most of ours were written down centuries ago and acupuncturists still use them every week. The old way was to simmer the herbs for an hour into a bitter brown tea (lovely). We do all that for you, concentrate it five times over and press it into a tablet you can take at your desk.

For most people, we'd say yes. A bottle of ours holds the equivalent of 180g of raw herbs, and you skip the hour of simmering and the pong in the kitchen. Some practitioners still like loose herbs for really bespoke recipes. Fair enough.
Yep. Ours are sold as food supplements. They're made to GMP standards, SGS test them, and the full ingredients are printed on every bottle.
Go by need first, using those tiles. The quiz on each page does most of the work. Still torn? Get in touch, or ask a qualified acupuncturist or herbalist, they'll know you better than a web page does.
Some people do, often on a practitioner's advice. Have a quick chat with us first though, because some formulas share herbs and you don't want to double up.
Run it past your GP or pharmacist first, please. We'd say the same about any herbal supplement, ours or anyone else's.
Ten days, for most of them. Six tablets a day, sixty in a bottle. A few are four a day so they stretch further. And if you're settling in for a while, a 6-pack saves you a fair bit.
The boring but important bit: food supplements aren't a stand-in for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, and they don't diagnose, treat or cure anything.
