Chinese Herbal Formula Index
Chinese herbal formulas are combinations rather than single ingredients, each one built to a traditional structure in which every herb has a defined role. Many of the formulas below have been in continuous recorded use for several hundred years, and some for well over a thousand.
This index lists every formula in the Aura Nutrition range alphabetically, with its traditional name, its English translation where one exists, and the herbs it is built around. Browse the full Natural Herb Supplements collection, or use the letters below to jump to a formula.
For the individual herbs used across these formulas, see our herb glossary.
