I've had a very positive experience with Xiao Yao San. I started taking it during a period when I was experiencing hormonal changes, mood swings and emotional ups and downs. Since taking it, I've noticed that I feel more balanced and calmer, and my mood has improved. I've also felt that my menstrual cycle and the symptoms around it have become easier to manage. I know everyone's experience is different, but for me, Xiao Yao San has been a helpful part of my wellbeing, and I'm very pleased with the improvement I've noticed. I'm grateful I found something that seems to suit me, and I would definitely recommend speaking with a qualified Chinese medicine practitioner if you're considering it.

Ive been using the Xiao Yao San to accompany acupuncture for the past few weeks and have noticed some tension release in neck and shoulders. It’s difficult to say what aspect of my healing process is doing the most good, capsules, acupuncture, cupping, warm food and drink diet however Ive been consistent taking this herbal tablet. 🙏🪷😊

I started taking Te xiao an mian Pian to help me get better quality sleep. following a stroke I was made redundant and had some really bad recurring dreams. The product has helped with my recovery. At one stage I stopped taking them for six months but realised how important they were when my depression returned. This has been achieved by just taking 3 tablets a day in the morning. What I noticed: Calmer mood overall — especially during stressful days Less tension around my menstrual cycle Sore breasts were still present but more manageable Digestion felt more stable
I am never without these they are just brilliant for anyone with sinus problems
It seemed to be working well for me before, but then I had to wait for 8, 9mths for these tablets to come back in stock again. Now I have to start the whole cycle all over again again from scratch because it has lost its effectiveness during that waiting time.
