Shipping Policy

Aura Nutrition is based in Chelmsford, Essex, and all orders are dispatched from the UK.

UK Delivery

• Free UK delivery on orders over £40.
• For orders under £40, the delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 3pm are processed the next working day.
• We do not dispatch or deliver at weekends. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday are dispatched on Monday and usually arrive by Tuesday.
• Parcels are delivered during business hours, 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we email you the tracking details. If you can't see the email, please check your junk folder.

International Delivery

We ship to most countries. If your country isn't available at checkout, please contact our customer care team for a custom shipping price.

• International orders must be a minimum of £150 to meet customs regulations.
• Import duties and customs charges are not included in the order price and are the customer's responsibility.
• If duties or customs charges are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, an administration fee will be charged.

Failed Deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us after unsuccessful delivery attempts or because of an incorrect address, we will refund the order total minus shipping fees and administration costs.
