Lion's mane is the best-known name in the blend. It sits alongside six mushrooms that have been part of East Asian food and traditional wellness for centuries, from reishi to the everyday kitchen favourites shiitake, oyster and enoki.

Fruiting body, not mycelium

We use extracts of the mushroom itself, the fruiting body, rather than mycelium grown on grain. Each one is concentrated at a 10:1 ratio, and all seven come in equal amounts.

How to take
